Halloween 6: Producer's Cutwiki which is highly regarded among horror fans was never officially released. This cut of the film is almost completely different than the 1995 official theatrical release.

Although, Dimension is and remains to be a large part of the franchise, Disney owns the rights to this film.

This film is regarded as one of the best amongst the Halloween franchise and was pleasing because it stayed true to it's theme; horror.

There is a circling bootleg of the Producer's Cut, this petition is to see this brought officially to DVD with great picture and sound.

This is my most favorite Halloween film. I would be thrilled to see the Producer's Cut receive the royal DVD treatment.

I bought a bootleg not knowing it and it was horrible. I really want a legit producer's cut that is officially released. they NEED to release it. So many people are looking for copies.

William T. Turner III:
I want this to happen so bad!!!

Jake Paul:
I'd love to see it in DVD or Blu Ray quality. I liked the producers cut better it's stright forward I thought it had a decent plot & shows more promise than what we got in theaters. So it was a good sequel good time passer I'd buy it again if it was officially released.

hl.rice:
put this on dvd&bluray disc asap

Jason Callaghan:
bought the pirated copy and whilst a much better version of the film, the quality was horrible. please release this on bluray or even dvd. Surely even just releasing this in HD on itunes wouldn't cost too much???

John Stevenson:
How much would I pay, depends on the goodies included. Original, additional bonus stuff ect...

Jason Callaway:

    Actually, it will be costly.

First, if they can even recover better quality cuts of the deleted scenes they’ll have to professionally put the whole thing together, remix and remaster it.

They might even have to do re-shoots which happens sometimes with DVD releases. We’re probably talking tons of studio time.

It would probably have to be mostly produced by Malek Akkad based on personal interest and not even a high expectation for profit.

Wrong, every fan wants this version, it is so much superior than the theatrical release. Disney can allow Anchor Bay to release a well done version with extras. They are being stubborn and not realizing the profit to be made, they stated they did not want this to compete with their bare bones release. Company executives mess most films up. If they would allow films to be released like they are suppose to be they would benefit with more profit.
